Delaware Suspends Preclearance Services

Due to the continued high volume of work, effective Monday, January 24 through Friday, February 4, the Delaware Division of Corporations has announced that they will not be accepting any Preclearance documents for review.

The state is hoping that this will allow them to get caught up with the processing of expedited work.

Note, 24-hour priority submissions remain behind by three weeks.  All other priorities appear to be back to normal.

  • 24-hour priority
  • Same Day priority – Cutoff is 2:00PM
  • 2-Hour priority – Cutoff is 7:00 PM
  • 1-Hour priority – Cutoff is 9:00PM

We will advise if anything changes.
