Please mark your calendars to note that utilizing Delaware expedited priority services will be affected on Friday, December 9th as the Delaware Secretary of State will be hosting a Division Employee Recognition Event.
Personnel in the Division will not be available between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. and the office will close at 7:00 P.M.
30 Minute, one-hour and two-hour filings/requests will not be processed between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. and must be submitted prior to 10 A.M. in order to be processed prior to the recognition event.
Once the staff returns from the event, all 30 Minute and one-hour service requests must be received by 5:00 P.M and two-hour service requests must be received by 4:00 P.M.
All other cut-off times will remain unchanged.
