In light of the current State of Emergency due to COVID-19, United Corporate Services, Inc. has made temporary modifications to assist in the reduction of the number of in-person interactions for our clients and staff. “We are here to help our clients and protect our employees as we all learn to navigate through this challenging time” said Michael Barr, CEO and President of United Corporate Services, Inc. “We look forward to the day that this can all be put behind us.”
To that end, United Corporate Services implemented its’ business continuity plan designed to ensure continuity of client and registered agent services in the face of these unforeseen circumstances. 100% of our staff is now working remotely. All staff working remotely can be reached by calling our main number which is (800) 899-8648 and dialing their extension or emailing them directly.
