Please be advised that on April 10th, in honor of Good Friday, the Delaware Secretary of State will be closed. If you require April 10th as the date of filing in Delaware, please speak with a Client Service Representative about your options. Although the state will be closed for filing submissions, United Corporate Services will still be able to:

  • Retrieve Certificates of Good Standing, Blank Annual Reports & Certified Charter copies
  • Reserve Names
  • Pay franchise Taxes
  • Conduct UCC searches

Evidence of filings submitted 4/9 or earlier will not be received on this day.
