Jim Nash joined United Corporate Services, Inc.(UCS) in August of 2018 as the Business Development and New York City Operations Manager. Jim previously worked as a General Corporate, Structured Finance and Blue Sky Paralegal at a downtown Manhattan law firm where he became the Corporate and Structured Finance Paralegal Supervisor and ultimately the Paralegal Manager during his 30+ years in the paralegal industry. He also worked for over 4 years in Business Development at a NYC court reporting company. Jim obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Studies at the State University College of Buffalo and went on to earn his Paralegal Certificate at Adelphi University’s Lawyer Assistant Program specializing in Corporate and graduated from Fordham University’s MBA Program with a degree in Finance.

Jim is responsible for the development, management, operations and growth of the NYC Office. Jim also collaborates with other managers, the Business Development Team and executives in connection with the overall growth strategy of UCS.

He is a long time supporter of many Paralegal Associations, including the International Practice Management Association, the New York City Paralegal Association and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, Inc.

Jim is an avid cyclist and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and four children.
