Many county clerk offices across the country are temporarily closing their doors to the public. Your options to file a UCC-1 Financing Statement or UCC-3 Amendment are to mail the document to the County Clerk or E-record. United Corporate Services can assist you with either e-recording with the County Clerk or coordinating the paper filing through our local correspondent.
