If you have not yet paid your tax for your Delaware Limited Liability Company, Limited Partnership or General Partnership, you are running out of time. All Delaware Limited Liability Companies, Limited Partnerships and General Partnerships must pay their Annual Tax to the Secretary of State on or before June 1st.
The June 1st alternative entity tax deadline for calendar year 2014 falls on a Sunday. The State of Delaware Franchise Tax team will be working both Saturday, May 31st and Sunday, June 1st (with light staffing on Sunday) from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. EST. During this time you will be able to contact them via the following methods:

You can pay your tax online at https://corp.delaware.gov/, which will be available until 11:45 p.m. EST, Sunday. We highly recommend that you use this site to make your payment.
Payments not received on or before the June 1st due date will be assessed a penalty.
