On Friday, June 8, 2018 an off-site Employee Recognition event is planned for all the employees of the Delaware Division of Corporations. The Division staff will be departing at 11:30 A.M. and there will not be an evening shift. To help prepare you for this event, UCS answers some basic questions you might have.
Yes, you can submit documents to the state on Friday and receive evidence of filling back the same day if you request that the state review the document using thirty minute, one-hour or two-hour service. Be advised that thirty minute or one-hour requests must be received by 10:00am. Two-hour service must be received by 9:00am. Please note the fees for using these priority services.
Thirty minute priority-$2,500
One Hour-$1,000
Two-Hour-$500
UCS can submit your document on a 24 hour basis if the state receives it by noon. Or we can submit on a non-expedited basis up until 10:30pm. Please contact your CSR to discuss after hour filing procedures.
Yes. Document retrieval and status checks are available throughout the day.
