Submitted by UCS on December 4, 2018
On Friday, December 14, 2018, an Employee Recognition event is planned for all the employees of the Delaware Division of Corporations. The Division staff will not be available between the hours of 11am and 2pm.
Please note the following changes that may affect your filings, retrievals or closing plans for that day:
• 30 Minute, Priority 1(one hour service) and 2(two hour service) filings requests will not be processed between the hours of 11am and 2pm and must be submitted prior to 10am in order to be processed prior to the Division personnel leaving for the event.
The 4pm-12am shift will be working 11am-7pm in order to attend the event. This will affect the following cut off times:
• 30 Minute and Priority 1 (one hour service) must be received by 5pm
• Priority 2 (two hour service) must be received by 4pm
• All other cut off times remain the same
Can I still obtain a Certificate of Good Standing, certified copies, or a UCC Search?
Yes. Document retrieval and status checks are available throughout the day.
Can I submit a document after 7pm and still secure December 14th as the file date?
Yes. UCS can submit filings through the Delaware database up until 10:30pm. Your evidence of filing will not return until the following business day.
If you have any questions concerning these changes, please email info@unitedcorporate.com or speak directly with your CSR about setting up arrangements in advance.
Thank you.
