Delaware Secretary of State Holiday Hours

Paula Lintner, Manager of our Delaware Office would like you to be aware of the Delaware holiday hours:

The state of Delaware will have limited service availability on the following dates.  If you find you have filing needs during these times, please speak with your United Corporate Services’ Customer Service Representative.  With advanced notice, we can have the document filed for you.

The State of Delaware will hold a Recognition Luncheon for the Corporations Division Employees.  The following changes will be in effect:

• 30 Minute and One Hour Filings must be received by the state by 5 P.M.
• Two Hour Filings must be received by the state by 4 P.M.
• All other cut-off times will remain unchanged.
• 30 Minute, One Hour and Two Hour filings will not be processed between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. and must be submitted prior to 10 A.M. in order to be processed prior to Division personnel leaving for the recognition event.

The Division of Corporations will be closing at 4:30 P.M. for Christmas Eve.  The following changes will be in effect:

• 30 Minute and One Hour Filings must be received by the state by 2:30 P.M.
• Two Hour Filings/Requests must be received by the state by 2 P.M.
• Same Day and Must approvals are required to be received by the state by 1 P.M.

New Year’s Eve – The following changes will be in effect:

• 30 Minute and One Hour Filings must be received by the state by 6 P.M.
• Two Hour Filings must be received by the state by 5 P.M.
• All other cut-off times will remain unchanged.
