Ray joined United Corporate Services, Inc. (UCS) in January of 2020 bringing with him over 20 years of experience providing support to senior managers in various stages of company growth and restructure. His broad experience also includes strategic planning, management coaching, M&A, benefits, employee relations, and recruiting. Prior to joining UCS, Ray led the HR functions for a family owned broadcast media company, and a private equity backed venture in B to B Publishing.

As Director of human resources, Ray is responsible for HR strategy, management coaching, employee relations, workforce planning, talent acquisition and health & welfare benefits. Ray Collaborates directly with the executive team and branch managers to equip them to build and maintain a culture of engagement and enthusiasm throughout the organization with integrity and transparency.

Ray earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Oregon and Master of Science in Human Resources/Organizational Development from the New School University. He holds a Senior Certified Professional certification in Human Resources (SCP) and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Ray enjoys spending time with his family, participating in triathlons, woodworking, reading and music.
